Sorry I don't know ㅜㅜi didn't visit in new years day....
Ticket machine can swipe
The tsukemen sauce here is refreshing due to the yuzu incorporated in it. It is great for those that like light flavours, a nice change from the usual heavy tastes of ramen in Japan
Delicious soup with a sweet, fruity base. Excellent smoked meat on top and overall an excellent bowl of ramen!
I ordered the yuzu tsukemen and instead of the normal noodles, I switched to the low carb option which is the konyaku noodles. It was good and the yuzu on the sauce gave it a refreshing kick! Yum!
I was there at around 7 PM and there was a 5 to 10 minutes queue. You have to order on the machine outside and give the ticket when you sit down. The Yuzu flavored broth is very good, you have to try it!And the place has been renovated so it's very modern and cozy, with nice music. It's on B2F btw.
Love the yuzu ramen! Very special. They charcoal bbq the chasiu as well, super yumm!!!
I got the special ramen, which I wish had another slice of pork to make it perfect. Otherwise come in, get your tickets on the vending machine, and they will serve you exactly that, pretty quickly!
Good to see Vegan Ramen on the menu but it's pretty overpriced. While all other Ramen on the menu run around 1000-1300 yen, Vegan Ramen is 1500 for no obvious reason. It tastes just okay and contains pieces of vegetables like carrot, zucchini, eggplant, and standard salad leaves, none of which are exotic to Japan or particularly expensive. Not worth the extra money.
The diced grilled pork rice bowl コãƒç‚™ã‚Šãƒãƒ£ãƒ¼ã‚·ãƒ¥ãƒ¼ä¸¼is ridiculously good.
Worst service I've had in Japan. The man asked us to put some more sauce in ramen in Japanese but I couldn't understand so I said in English that I can't speak Japanese but he was just staring at me and didn't say anything. I know it can be unpleasant when tourist who came to my country can't speak our language. However, I can't speak every language every time when I travel other countries. The ramen was good but it is not great as much as to cover all the service that he showed to us.
The taste of ramen is unique, but it tasted so natural and nice. I like the soup very much. Something different but excellent!
Open on days some other afuri locations are not (like new years day).I always get the yuzu ratanmen - a spicey yuzu broth.
Fast service and amazing ramen. One of the best I evet had.
Yuzu Shio Ramen
Nice ramen restaurant in the basement of the building. There are also options for vegetarians and vegans!
I feel the urge to come here at least every 2 weeks!
Great ramen. I enjoyed the spicy yuzu
Amazing ramen bar, variety choices of ramen available . The signature soup is really rich in taste, with the pork chashu is really amazing, it’s felt like smoked pro chashu. For me the price a bit expensive due to the location. Staff is nice and friendly. There is English menu available both on poster and ticket machine.
Best vegan ramen!
The one thing about Afuri it is always consistent. Whether it is the ramen, the tskumen, or the rice, it is always good. Although pricer than a typical ramen place, it is very good.
excellent prices and service
Had the shio yuzu soup ramen - it was a definitely a refreshing and light tasty meal... Nevertheless, it is a little pricey given what you get and with the price considered, I would probably rate this as average... Perhaps, I ordered the wrong flavor 🤷â€â™‚ï¸...
Good honest ramen. Very well prepared and tasted delicious.
Really good spicy ramen. The broth is a bit lemony on all the varieties we got. Check out the pic.
The most fantastic ramen I ever had in Tokyo:) Love it till the last drop in bowl!
Spicy ramen too much tangy and acidic. Probably too much lemon
Ramen is beautiful and delicious. I recommend the Yuzu ramen. I come here every time I'm at roponggi. Their ramen is refreshing because of the Yuzu they mix in it. The meat is soft and juicy. I recommend the grilled kind. They have staff that can speak English and menu is in English too.
Good but not best for yuzu ramen. But the shashu is superb 👌ðŸ»
Superb ! Yuzu enhances the flavor, Chiyu (Chicken oil) makes it rich, thicker mouthfeel !
Great Ramen - the Yuzu broth is amazing
Chain ramen store within the Tokyo area with speciality in Yuzu ramen. Soup base is clear and neat, overall it’s of good quality.
Vegan ramen was really good - if you’re vegetarian I’d really recommend the egg too. Also yuzu highball is a must!
Yuzu is the magic ingredient! Best ramen I've had for ages.
Really fun ordering system, and really good ramen when you want a quick meal.
I tried this for the first time, so I order the regular ramen. But I think the taste is so soo, not that special except they use yuzu to rnhance the flavor. As I read other reviews, many suggest to try their tsukemen style which normally using stronger flavored broth. Maybe I should try that one next time I come here and expect some queue at the front.
My number 1 ramen in the world. Yuzu tsukemen (cold). This is so much better than the Portland location. Whiskey soda was great to go along as well. No wait, fast and friendly service. It’s hard not to come back here to eat this same exact ramen everyday.
Not bad, but nothing out of expectation also. All employees are young, somehow looks like pay timer.
I love that they offer carb free noodles here. You can now have delicious ramen without the guilt of high calorie, high carb meal. It tastes just as good. Their signature is yuzu shio but shoyu and tsukemen are very good too. Must come is you're craving ramen in roppongi area
Easy to spot, the tangy restaurant takes order through retro vending machines. Cash only!Get a seat, drop your coats bags in a basket and wait for your amazing bowl of Ramen with afuri - regional aromatic flavorful yuzu lemon.Very popular. This place attracts local and international crowds alike. Expect to have a decent wait time.As most eateries in Japan, very efficient and professional. You can enjoy the view of your food being cooked/assembled and fuel your appetite in anticipation.Oh and yes, they also have a washroom!
Best ramen ever. Three types of meats, chasu, kakuni and sousvide chicken. The shio ramen is awesome, what u see in menu is exactly what you get. Tsukemen, dip ramen with yuzu (pamelo) is really refreshing and less oily.Ordered at the vending machine and enjoy the meals.
The closest Ramen from Grand Hyatt and there was a queue when I went there. Ramen was good and the soup quite unique. However the meat which they grill is not as good as I was expecting.
I got the shio ramen! The bright, citrus-y broth is really enjoyable. The spicy ramen was more of a flavor bomb, so if I ever went here again, I would order that.
Go here and get the yuzu rantanem. It can only be described as a little spicy and citrus-y. I've never experienced this in a ramen before and I have to admit, it's spectacular. I'm sad because I don't live in Japan and my opportunity to try it again will be far and few in between. The store has seating for maybe 20 people, and it does get crowded. The pork is seared over coal before being served with the ramen; adding an additional complexity. I can comfortably say...best ramen ever.
After reading the good review on google, I came to try the Yuzu Ramen.. but I think I still prefer the thick and salty soup from Ichiran or Ippudo.. just my personal preference I think..
Good ramen but way too expensive.
Very good and reasonable priced ramen! Quick service too! Recommend all day!
Well located spot. Works till 23:00. You can order via the machine or at the counter. Waiting time is not long: approximately 5-6 minutes. Staff is very friendly. Interior is pleasant and contemporary looking. I can’t judge the whole place, because I ate only vegan ramen, which was okay. It wasn’t the best vegan ramen I had, but it’s a very decent option if you are in the area.UPD Came back. Spicy yuzu ramen is 10/10. 🌶👌ðŸ»
Well resented, but too salty!!! Tried more than 10 different ramen stores in Tokyo, most salty one ever...
Very delicious yuzu ramen with fast service. The staff speaks a little English.
Go for the one without soup and don’t forget to order the extra grilled pork on top it’s so good. Try to avoid the meals hours if u don’t want to Q up. This branch opens till 5 am in the morning! So lots of slots for u to come try this delicious ramen without the long queue
Great noodles with a clear broth. Clean and quick service
